Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation is a national provider of car insurance. They were formed back in December of 2002, and became a publically traded company on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange in February of 2003. They started when the American Financial Group transferred to Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation and they transferred all of their outstanding stock from the following companies: Leader Insurance Atlanta Casualty Companies, Windsor Auto, Great American Personal Lines and Infinity Insurance Companies

In an effort to become more recognizable and hop on the reality television craze; Infinity Insurance signed Ali Vincent as their new spokesperson. Vincent was the very first women to win the “Biggest Loser” which is a reality show in NBC.
